The same product is three different jobs. Pick the one that is yours.
Nurses, residents, consultants and everyone else on a roster.
Your ward admin shares a link, or puts a QR code poster on the wall. Open it, create your account or sign in, and pick the designation that matches your role. Your request then waits for the ward admin to approve it. Until they do, you are not part of the hospital and you will not appear on any roster.
Yes, in as many as you actually work in. Join each one through its own link or QR code and they all show up in this one account. No hospital can see any of the others: when you are on duty in one, the rest are told only that you are not available at those hours, with no ward, no shift name and no hospital name. In Settings you can choose which hospital your screens open on.
Two things must happen first. You fill in your availability for that ward, and the ward admin publishes a roster covering those dates. A roster still being built is not shown to staff, because a draft is not a promise.
Every ward runs its own shifts, so a tick in one ward means nothing in another. My availability lists your hospitals, and the wards inside each one: open a ward and answer for it. Once a ward is answered it is marked Filled.
It never puts you on a shift you did not offer. Your own rest hours are honoured between duties, across every ward you work in, and your limits on night duties and weekly hours are treated as things to respect rather than suggestions. If nobody is available for a shift, it stays open and says so, instead of being forced onto someone.
One whole day a week, yes. More than one is leave, and leave is for your ward admin to approve. The app says so while you are answering rather than after you press save.
Use Particular dates. A wedding, an exam, a day you cannot come in: mark that date without touching your usual week. These save the moment you tap them.
My schedule shows a day, a week or a month, whichever you pick at the top, and Download gives you the ward’s own roster file with a Month View sheet and a Day View sheet in it. Today shows the next duty and how long until it starts.
My leave, then Ask for leave. If you work in more than one hospital it asks which one first, then which of its wards, because leave is decided by that ward’s admin. Tap your first day off on the calendar, then your last; for one day, tap it once. The form shows any duties you already have on those days.
That is deliberate. Approving leave does not remove you from a published roster, because the ward has to re-cover that shift or post it to locum first. Your ward admin is told the moment they approve it, so the shift is not silently left short.
A handover means a colleague takes your duty and you give nothing back. A swap means you trade: they take yours and you take one of theirs, on any date. Both need the colleague to agree first and your ward admin to approve after.
No. A duty can only go to somebody active in the same ward, because they are the people that ward can roster.
Yes. The language switch is at the bottom of the menu, and staff screens are translated. Admin screens stay in English.
You hear when a roster you are on is published, when your leave or swap is decided, and the evening before a duty. You choose which of these reach your phone in Settings, and an alert names the hospital when you work in more than one.
The weeks you have already opened are kept on the phone and shown with the time they were saved, so a ward basement does not leave you without your schedule.
