Doctors, building the roster app we wanted on our own wards
Every doctor and nurse in India knows the duty roster. It is made late at night in a spreadsheet, shared as a photo on WhatsApp, and changed by phone call when someone falls sick. When a duty goes uncovered, patients are the ones who wait.
We have worked those duties ourselves. RosterExe is our answer: a roster that respects when each person can work, a duty handed over or swapped without ten phone calls, and gaps seen before the shift instead of during it.
